DTF Gang Sheet

• GANG SHEET SIZES

Our xTool Apparel Printer produces gang sheets in sections up to 14" × 24" at a time.

Gang sheets longer than 24" will therefore be printed as multiple individual sections.

For example:

14" × 24" = 1 sheet
14" × 36" = 2 sections
14" × 48" = 2 sections
14" × 60" = 3 sections
14" × 72" = 3 sections
14" × 84" = 4 sections
14" × 96" = 4 sections
14" × 108" = 5 sections

Your complete order will include all sections needed to make up the gang sheet length purchased.

• TURNAROUND TIME

Same-day printing is available for orders submitted by 4:00 PM during normal business days.

We print orders continuously as they are received during business hours, and most standard DTF orders are ready within approximately 20–30 minutes.

Larger orders, high-volume orders, artwork requiring customer correction, or unusually busy production periods may require additional time.

If you need to arrange pickup after 5:00 PM, please contact us by email, text, or Facebook Messenger to make arrangements.

• BUSINESS HOURS

Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
Sunday: CLOSED

Holiday hours, scheduled closures, and production delays will be posted on our website when applicable.

• PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS

For our DTF transfers, we recommend:

First Press: 270°F for 7 seconds
Peel: Remove transfer film as directed
Second Press: 270°F for 7 seconds

For the second press, cover the design with a Teflon sheet or the transfer film that was removed before pressing.

Because heat presses and garments can vary, customers may need to make minor adjustments to temperature, pressure, or pressing time. We recommend testing when working with an unfamiliar garment or material.

• SUBMITTED ARTWORK & COPYRIGHT

By submitting artwork to Gulash Graphics, you confirm that you own the artwork or have obtained the appropriate rights, licenses, or permissions necessary for Gulash Graphics to reproduce and print it.

You authorize Gulash Graphics to reproduce, print, resize, or make minor production-related adjustments to the submitted artwork as necessary to fulfill your order.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that submitted artwork does not infringe upon another party’s copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

• PHOTOS, PORTFOLIO & PROMOTIONAL USE

Unless you notify us in writing before production that your artwork or order is confidential or for private use only, you grant Gulash Graphics permission to photograph and display the finished product and/or submitted design for our business portfolio, website, social media pages, advertisements, and other promotional materials.

This permission is non-exclusive and royalty-free and does not transfer ownership of your original artwork to Gulash Graphics.

• CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

Because DTF transfers are produced specifically for each customer, all DTF sales are final once production has begun.

Gulash Graphics will gladly address an order if we make a production or printing error. However, refunds or complimentary reprints are not available for customer-submitted artwork errors, incorrect sizes selected by the customer, low-resolution artwork, unwanted backgrounds, missing transparency, overlapping designs, or other issues present in the file at the time it was submitted.
